Slowed down. Did it. More to the point enjoyed it!! Dare I say this but we both said we enjoyed the 2 x 8 mins more than the 3 x 5 mins on Sunday.
So chuffed. I 'think' we may be ok on Friday with the 20 minutes hurdle.
Calves hurt a bit but I had to run on concrete in my wellies yesterday when of my Labradors yesterday went walkabout...little sod. All good apart from that.
The slowing down definitely worked as I knew it would. Thanks all for making me :))
Only gone and got past the half way point...YESSSSSS !!!!!

Aha, listen to us all and you will succeed! Well done you.
You're in a great place to go all the way now. Continue to take it steady, avoid the temptation to get carried away and you'll avoid injury and go all the way.
