Yay, I did it! I'm a 'morning person' so had no problem getting up at silly o'clock and getting out before people are about - it'll be a while before I'm brave enough to try this at normal o'clock. But I did it, and I'm really proud of myself! I think I'm going to aim to do all the weeks twice each, so that I can get my confidence up before I start the next week - after all, I'm not in any hurry, it's the miracle of actually doing it that matters to me.
Thanks for your amazing support everyone, I was looking forward to posting!

Well done you! I am only week two and thought about doing week 1 again but I took the advice of people on here and went for it and I am so glad I do... it kept the challenge and momentum up for me! But it's however you feel comfortable! Best of luck and see you at graduation!!! 😱
Early morning.. wonderful... I love those runs..just you in the wide world and then set up for the day! I am retired, but still run early every morning It clears your head and gives you that buzz of life!
This is your journey of course, but don't be too adamant about doing all the weeks twice. The programme is so structured, and if you follow it, taking your rest days, and keep it steady and slow... you should be fine
You say you are not in a hurry, so maybe just see how you progress? I was the original Grey Snail... took my time, plodded along steadily, through the Winter of 2015... hampered only by wind and weather
So.. onward and upward? Look forward to your post after Run 3
