Ok ok so I need to try again...

So, I'm gonna try again! A couple of years ago I did couch 2 5k. I just about got to 5 k- with great difficulty and then slipped in the shower and pulled a muscle in my upper thigh. I obviously carried on jogging and messed up all my hard work. The private Physio insisted I had a good 3 months off jogging. I never really got back into it. I tried getting back into it but never committed to it. Think I'll try again. Tomorrow. Think I'll have to start from week one again. I'm nervous!

I know how you feel. I graduated and then went on a long skiing holiday. Day 2 I slipped on some ice and despite skiing 60 km in one day after that my hip is still sore and I'm nervous of running again. Anyhoo... starting from Week 1? No way!

That's the sort of thing is do! Yes it'll have to be week one again I'm afraid. I tried to start at week 3 last year and failed miserably. Hoping that starting from the start keeps me going like last time!

You know you can do it so you'll do it again!

I'm redoing the program as last year I graduated on treadmill and didn't really keep up the running much afterwards. So I decided to do the program again outside this time.

First few weeks are tough but remember the mantra slow slow and slower still and you'll be fine X

I hurt my knee so had to stop running for a bit. I am currently on week 5 of the programme but can't do the 20 Minutes. I'll keep on trying and so should you. It worked last time. I think what I am lacking is the belief in myself. Let's go for it!
