I've completed week 3 today. It was raining but I ran anyway. I'm really surprised by this, a couple of weeks ago this would have majorly put me off. Anyway I managed to run 3.2km so I'm back to my week 2 distance which is good. It means my pace has gone up 😀. Looking forward to Week 4.
