Just over 12 months ago I started C25K not having run for 40 years.T Today was Parkrun no. 40, 9 at Stretford and 31st today at Conwy, a new pb of 33:46, with an age % of 55.18 in age group 70-74 beating previous pb 34:15. I hope to get under 30 minutes by my 75th birthday in December.
Remember that age is just a series of numbers, yes numbers count, but commitment, dedication and effort count far more.
Happy C25K, Happy graduation, Happy Parkrun, and most of all Happy running.
Patrick.

Hi Patrick - I also started C25K just over 3 years ago at age 67 - I did my 97th parkrun on Saturday and today ran my 3rd half marathon in 2 hours 23 minutes. My most recent 5K PB is 30:50 , so the HM time fits in with that. I am coming to UK from Australia in 3 weeks time and hoping to do 5 parkruns while there - however I know the UK weather well!! - so who knows what I will get done. I don't do "running in the rain"
