W9R2 - first run in the rain!!!

One run too go!! I been a little off schedule so my running isn’t as regular as it should be 😬😬☺️But, should be back on schedule now. It was first run in the rain today which was fun! It wasn’t raining when I started my run but it was raining quite a lot by the end of it. I was soaked through!! I was too wet in the end to notice any achy muscles!! I was little faster (not much but still) which was a nice surprise. I’m nearly there. It has taken me a lot longer than 9 weeks but I’m glad I stuck with it. I’m really going to miss the C25k plan!!

I think the distraction of rain takes your mind off niggles and such. Plus it's good at cooling you down so you don't get too hot while pushing yourself a bit.
