all good but not easy finished week 6 with a 25 min run now just finished the first of 3 x 25 min runs for week 7

Started ok even seemed alittle easier up to half way but the second half seemed never ending

ah well no one said it was easy and if it was would it be worth doing

Yes I know what you mean... My aim is to just keep on going... I just slow things down, sometimes to the point where I'm sure I'm going slower than I do on the warm up walk!!!

Hi, now you are doing these non-stop runs, remember to take the first 5 to 8 mins really slow, while your body adjusts and takes on oxygen. You will hopefully then settle down and manage the rest of your run a wee bit easier.

Keep going..you are doing brilliantly..good luck with the rest of Week 7😊

P.s I also think a name change is on the cards.x
