Yes I know what you mean... My aim is to just keep on going... I just slow things down, sometimes to the point where I'm sure I'm going slower than I do on the warm up walk!!!

Hi, now you are doing these non-stop runs, remember to take the first 5 to 8 mins really slow, while your body adjusts and takes on oxygen. You will hopefully then settle down and manage the rest of your run a wee bit easier.
Keep going..you are doing brilliantly..good luck with the rest of Week 7😊
