Finished Week 6 last night, slightly different to the NHS Plan, but was a 15 minute run, 3 min walk, and a further 5 min run. Felt good at the end of the 15 minute run, and toyed with the idea of carrying on to 20 mins, but thought best to stick to the plan.
Added the extra couple of hundred metres on to the end of the plan to get to 5k in 38 mins.
Thank you - and yes, it no longer feels daunting. I used to look ahead and think there was no chance i could run for 5 mins, 10 mins, 20 mins, but its starting to feel believable!
20 min run on Friday for the start of Week 7, looking forward to it.
