I just ventured out for my first run without Laura - no expectations i was happy to just go with it. I have just run my first 5k! A touch over 39 minutes - more than happy with that. Thanks to everyone on here for all the encouragement - i cant begin to tell you how much its helped. :o)

Congratulations. I remember that slightly weird feeling of being adrift, after graduation. In the end, I used to take Laura along just for the company and reassurance
