Well with the persistent fat runners heel I've been suffering with its taken over 2 weeks to complete week 7......however today I managed week 8 run 1....my foot hurts.....my knees are now hurting however I've got 5 more runs to graduation.....I don't enjoy it and was hiding from it....been struggling but ran twice in 3 days.....I will finish this!

Slow down, spread the runs out. There is a life of running after graduation and if you're struggling to cross the finish line you may just collapse in relief - and never run again! Which would be a real waste, because Laura has told you "you're a runner!"

If you're in pain you should take a rest anyway as you may do yourself more damage in the long run.

Good luck, you're doing great!
