Finally done!!!✋️

It was hard, I think I started to quick🙄 Silly me😲

I didn't really want to go out, I've been fighting with myself all week, but decided, I might as well go! After all I'm not going to feel any worse 😱🙁

Thankfully Laura was as brilliant as always ❤

I'm wondering if the change In my motivation could be because I've only got 3 runs left? And then she leaves me🤔😱

Time to be a big girl I guess😉😂💪🌶

Well done!

You can always listen to the stepping stone podcasts if you miss Laura ;) Personally, I've preferred listening to my own playlist from the start. Give it a try!

It's just your gremlins massing together to give one big effort to stop you. Just think about what you have accomplished so far and that should help blow those mind-wreckers away.

Yep, big girl now so you can do this without a safety net. However you can do the C25k+ podcasts with Laura holding your hand 😀

The podcasts or app can be downloaded from a link on here. They are jolly tough but will help you take your running further and set you up for going beyond your current horizon 🙂

You can keep runners no them too as they are always going to be good for you

Good luck with your final runs. You're almost there 🏃‍♀️🏅

Think of it as freedom to go on and achieve even more! Like when you left school. It was scary at first but soon, we found our wings and (hopefully) flew! 😂😂

And, like Minimax said, listening to your own music is great 👍

Well done ✅

I found it difficult not to have the structure and the goal initially but now I do 2-3 runs per week and at least one of those is a longer run - I'm now up to 7k 😄 I do recommend creating your own structure and plan otherwise it's too easy to not go out for your runs
