Finally! After umpteen attempts, I have completed week 4. It's been a real struggle and whilst I am pleased with myself for having done it, I am starting to feel slightly panicky at the prospect of week 5. Any advice on how to tackle it? Just reading about what to expect makes it seem quite daunting.

Week 4 in the bag - woohoo!
Don't panic. Nice and slow, one foot in front of the other and see how you go.
W5R3 is, of course, the one that everyone fears/dreads but most get through it and actually find it much easier than they thought it would be. For the moment though you are ready to do W5R1 and there isn't much of a step there from W4. You'll be fine.
Week 5 is just different, and it has the ability to throw some folk off kilter.
But don't fear it, you are totally ready for it and as Dunder2004 says, just take it, one slow and steady step at a time
" Nothing to fear, but fear itself" !
See you in Week 5... we will be right there with you
As you go remember that (a) you have all your C25k buddies cheering you on from cyberspace, (b) the program has been carefully worked out and tested so that the progressions are doable (if you've done week 4 you're ready for week 5) and (c) the high you'll feel at the end of the week will be more than worth the effort of getting there!
