I'm so so proud of myself ... and I can't quite believe it ... I've completed week 4 (despite almost being blown off my feet this morning!) never ever did I think I would be able to run for five minutes straight.. I know to some this is a small achievement, but to have reached the half way point makes me so happy 😊😊😊😊

Amazing feeling isn't it? From one older former non runner to another, you have got this hun and it's not a small achievement, it's a fantastic one, enjoy every minute of it, you deserve it. :)

Honestly from someone who hadn't run for over 30 years .. I was nervous about this week to.. the feeling of elation that you get when you know you've got this ... is fantastic ... you can do it!! X

Well done, especially with the high winds we have today. It was hard to stand up in it !

It is not a small achievement! I think it's huge, so don't talk down what you are trying to do. C25k is a springboard towards better health and fitness. Stick with it and you won't recognise yourself by this time next year.

Go steady of course. Slow is best for this caper. Have fun!
