So today was my first run without my water wings, without my stabilisers, without my safety harness, and it was pretty cool 8-) ! I left the Mp3 player at home so I wasn’t under any pressure, wasn’t waiting for ‘our Laura’ to pipe up, didn’t think ‘God when is the first 5 mins up’! I didn’t notice the ‘Toxic Ten’, breathing was spot on, and legs weren’t as heavy :) . Hips were stiff though :( boooooo! It was just me and Winny and we ran our first 5k as Graduates and it felt brilliant :D ! This was the run where I consolidated all that I've done in the last 9 weeks, and am now safe in the knowledge that I'll keep on running…xx

Well done ANewMe2022 I did my first graduate run on Saturday afternoon which was strange as I've always run first thing in the morning.

It did feel strange with My coach in my ear, but I found some music and just went for it.

Keep going graduate. xx

Good work 😀 You can do hip swings in the house before setting off for your warm up walk. I always do 🙂
