I am someone who has has an idea, researches, starts off with good intentions and then gives up very easily. I am hoping that starting this will help me stick to it rather than my usual 'start on Monday morning and give up by Monday lunchtime'.
Today, I started, W1D1 completed.
I use the treadmill at work and intend to 'run' three times a week at work. Wish me luck!
Thanks

Good luck - remember all the graduates started with W1R1. I found deciding to post after every run, no matter how boring, kept me motivated. You'll soon discover others doing the same run on the same day and you can get virtual running buddies to help through the tough times and celebrate the good times.
And don't forget the most important ingredient ---- ENJOY yourself. Because if you try too hard or for some other reason ,you don't enjoy what you are doing - YOU WILL NOT KEEP IT UP!!!!!
The VERY BEST exercise programme we can do - is THE ONE WE KEEP ON DOING!!!!!
Good luck, you can do it. I usually fall by the wayside on these type of things but not this one. It's a great feeling to achieve Laura's challenges. I'm sure you will soon be hooked x
