Just done week6run2 and listened to what's next. I thought 2 lots of 10 minutes was good but one 25 minute non stop is a bit of a shock. I will have to find a level route for this one!
I'm still not good with the breathing thing but know I can work on that when I feel ready to, I'm concentrating on doing the slow jogging thing first and hoping I don't get fed up with it. As I've said before, I've never stuck to anything this long before and still enjoy doing it. As you all say......it's better than sitting on the couch doing nothing. Aside from the breathing though, I have noticed I'm recovering quicker so that is a positive thing to focus on.
Hope all you runners are keeping well?............

It's only the same as the jump up on W5R3, and you nailed that. You can do it 👍 And once you've done it, like I was, you'll be feeling very pleased with yourself 😊
