I only made 16 mins today because my Asthma is playing up a bit. I've had bad Hayfever and Sinus head for a few days and have noticed being a bit more puffed out than usual but nothing bad, so I still went for my run thinking it would clear my head like usual. I just couldn't control my breathing, I even took my inhaler at 5 mins hoping that would get me through and I never need my inhaler during or even after exercise when I'm well. By 10 mins was having words with myself "just get to half way you'll be fine after that, the last one was really hard and you managed that". If any of you have read my posts you'll know that I live where there is little to no flat and I moan about it all the time π but today I couldn't even make it up slight inclines so kept turning around and going back on myself. The weird thing is I was trying in my head to keep going but then I just stopped, without really deciding to, it just happened?? I have never stopped on a run in this whole process and never though I would. I'm not disappointed or thinking it a fail, I still ran 16 mins which is good and I'll try again tomorrow. Still feels like I'm breathing through a hot straw now so my breathing tube is obviously inflamed, ( I'm sure you asthmatics will get that). There will always be bad runs, shake them off and on to the next one πͺπββοΈπ
happy running everyone
