This is a really special post for me . Because not only do I usually not write on public forums but I also never thought (though i always hoped) that there would ever come a day when running 25 minutes would be a reality. Its scary to imagine that I now have only long runs but its been an incredibly gratifying experience and Laura may actually now be one of my most favourite people.

Well done you! Yes, I think that love for Laura is always going to be there for most of us. :) 25 minutes is such as achievement and looking back to how you felt on Week 1 must make you realise how far you've come. Keep us informed about the next few weeks so we can celebrate your runs and your graduation!

Thanks ... Will do. Yes, it does seem like a really long way from week 1. And when you think how much can be done in 6weeks, that's quite amazing. First 5K then world domination 😀
