This is a really special post for me . Because not only do I usually not write on public forums but I also never thought (though i always hoped) that there would ever come a day when running 25 minutes would be a reality. Its scary to imagine that I now have only long runs but its been an incredibly gratifying experience and Laura may actually now be one of my most favourite people.

Well done you! Yes, I think that love for Laura is always going to be there for most of us. 25 minutes is such as achievement and looking back to how you felt on Week 1 must make you realise how far you've come. Keep us informed about the next few weeks so we can celebrate your runs and your graduation!
