W7R3 - done despite being knackered!

Felt like putting it off a day as running bit and very tired after a night out but went anyway thinking I'd rather stick to set days and see how much I could do regardless of how I feel - and it was fairly easy going! Got home tonight and only then thought that I'd finished W7 :-D

Feel I'm getting a cold though so bit fed up as being asthmatic I suffer quite bad and I don't want to miss any runs now!

  • Oh well done. You're on the final stretch now but if you have to take a few extra rest days until you're feeling better then that's fine.

  • Well done you! Sometimes our best runs are those that we don't quite feel up to before we go out. Don't worry about having an extra rest day or two, especially if you're feeling a bit under the weather. You're getting close to that 30 minutes now! :)
