Well done lesres W1R1. I actually didn't even complete my first run, but like you enjoyed the challenge. Keep going you're going to be amazed at the transformation. You've certainly joined the right forum for support and encouragement.

Well done. I'm still strictly treadmill and to be honest I don't follow this plan at all. My motivation is everyone else's stories and experiences and I live being part of it.
You should be very proud that you started this. It's the hardest part IMO. Just take it slowly and keep going 🙂
I felt very flat footed no bounce is that normal when your just starting out or is it my trainers
What sort of shoes are you wearing? I'm not sure there should be much bounce so don't worry about that.
I know on my first run I felt very awkward and everything wobbled so much I felt like a baby elephant! But the more you run this disappears.
Our bodies have to get used to the running motion so everything will feel strange for a while. As long as you're not in any pain then keep going 😊
