Hi, well today a did my first day. Slightly different than everyone else as I did it on a treadmill. But I did it nonetheless. My motivation I want to jog/run Eastbourne Race for life this year in (proper runner's leggings. Will write again on Thursday.

Well done on getting that first day complete, that's the first obstacle cleared
I started out on the treadmill for the first 5 weeks of the programme, then discovered I prefer running outdoors, off-road. Ultimately, it doesn't matter where you run, only that you are running.
Hi, just starting out too! I hit the road today! Good luck and keep going. I looked at Eastbourne race for life too, but not confident enough to book just yet. Do try the great outdoors, being out definitely motivated me. π
