So despite being on wk3 R3 I've set myself a challenge of doing my first Parkrun as part of the training.I say 'run' but it'll be jog /walk follow the programme and just a little bit more off psite (I've always neen a rebel!) depending how I feel. If necessary I'll walk the remainder! Really nervous about running with 'runners' but here goes. ...!!π

Yes stick to the plan and you'll be fine. I think the hardest part will not be leaping forward and sprinting as you get carried away with the vibe...
There's always someone walk/running at my Park run and everyone so friendly. Talking to one of the really experienced runners last week and she started on C25k. I think it's well known at Park runs. You will love it.
