Wow did that run go well I got to the last run another 5 minutes and my legs were good my breathing was good so I just kept running did 13 minutes. Obviously my body is remembering things from 5 years ago when I did it last time.

Well done especially after 5 year gap !! I sometimes wonder why my ruins go unexpectedly well. I can now run up to about 6 1/2 K for about 45 minutes.
I tell myself it must be my legs remember from my last running when I was in School Cross Country team ! A very long time ago when PE teacher used to chase us with a slipper !!
