Chilly wind and a little snow on the tops - so nice to be back out running (well sort of!)

Since the end of December I have done very little running due to an accident with a minibus door, then the lurgy and the last two weeks long hours at work. I really needed to get motivated so I decided to go to lovely Laura for encouragement. I used Run 1 yesterday slowly jogging the 'walk' parts and running the 'run' parts. Her soothing voice really helped as I puffed along! Today I did Run 2 but only ran in the 'run' parts. Planning another continuous run later in the week and build up from there.

It is great to be back out running!

Best of luck with your running everyone.

Thank you, yes it is good to get out again and yes, he is a lovely boy. This forest is the only place nearby where he can go off lead - sheep everywhere!

Living in an area where there are horses, sheep, cattle and the odd llama or two, I know how it feels. It's one of the reasons why we got into canicross for the beagle pup.

Slow and steady is the way isn't it, and we suddenly find we are getting back on track and it feels great.:)

Ha, ha - he is looking a clean Springer in this photo, which is quite unusual!
