W4R3 Done!

After the awful day I had on Wednesday I was a bit worried about this run. Good news is I finished it, but I still struggle a lot during the last 5 minutes, which makes me wonder if I should repeat this week before moving on to week 5 (I am two runs away to W5R3 and I am terrified!)

Well, the thing is, you've done 4 run intervals in week 4 - (2 X 5 minutes and 2 X 3 minutes). Week 5 run 1 you're actually running for a minute less and you have only 3 run intervals. You are totally ready to do this. There is nothing wrong with doing an extra couple of week 4 runs if you think it will give you confidence but that is really the only reason. Physically, if you've done 3 x week 4 runs, then you're all ready to tackle week 5 😊😊😊

Well done for finishing Week 4! Go for that Week 5, you can do it if you've completed the previous runs! Worse case is that you make a few runs practice runs but best case is you manage it fine!

Go slow and steady - if you feel like you need to stop just slow down a bit more. Use any tactics you've learned in the last 4 weeks to keep those gremlins at bay. You can do it! :)
