W9R2 done...pain free!

I'd like to thank everyone for their advice on my previous post, wasn't expecting a response tbh. I did follow your advice; spent a few days resting with some mild jogging in between, applying a few minor tweaks to my stride to make my foot less inverted as it lands, and a few other tips and tricks, and it worked WONDERS.

just finished W9R2 totally pain free in my shins, and I can't wait for my next run. The finish line is in sight!

  • Is it the finish line? Or is it a new starting line? ;-) Well done - your determination & commitment are to be admired!
