W9R2 done...pain free!

I'd like to thank everyone for their advice on my previous post, wasn't expecting a response tbh. I did follow your advice; spent a few days resting with some mild jogging in between, applying a few minor tweaks to my stride to make my foot less inverted as it lands, and a few other tips and tricks, and it worked WONDERS.

just finished W9R2 totally pain free in my shins, and I can't wait for my next run. The finish line is in sight!

It sure is! Just go nice and steady and you'll graduate with aplomb!

Good luck. Let us know how it goes. We'll be here when you get back
