W9R2 Finally a pain free run πŸ˜€

So after purchasing a proper pain of running shoes with a gait analysis and also getting a foam roller to help warm my muscles up I just ran for 30 minutes without any pain in my calves or shins πŸ˜€

I really feel like I’m getting somewhere now.

I run until graduation 😬

Brilliant, bet you enjoyed being pain free during that long run! Are foam rollers easy to use?

I did Debston, I really enjoyed it instead of just wishing it be over. The foam roller I have looks just like a rolling pin so very easy to use.
