Gremlins were late

The first one didn't turn up until I had started the W2R2 warm-up walk but then they started telling me I couldn't do this, very persistently until I had done the first run interval then they went pretty quiet. In the cool down walk I could have sworn I heard them plotting how they were going to get me next time ... we'll see!
