Couldn't wake up until it was too late even though the alarm has awoken all the street cats.

.

On today's BBC Breakfast they were reporting on Parkour being officially recognised as a sport!

Watching their official video, damn, they are nimble and probably made of rubber.

.

Enraged me put the shoes on and got out of the door in two minutes. Surprisingly it was relatively a bit better compared to W2R1. It was still a struggle for the 6th 90 seconds interval.

.

Anyways, got back from the run, had a hot shower, managed breakfast, and got on my usual bus and train commute.

.

I feel like a ninja now. 🤓

Parcours is pretty impressive, isn't it? But it's going to have to be in my next life (that and mountain climbing).

Feeling like a ninja - awesome. Only on wk3 myself but the feeling afterwards is so good, it's a great way to begin the day
