W1D2 - still feeling positive

Started to rain just as I went out so had to return to put my phone in a waterproof bag. Tried to put a bit more thought into the jogging minutes, pulling in at abs to stop myself collapsing into a shuffling slouch - the 60 second running sessions seemed shorter and the 90 second walks in between longer than D1. Am amazed at how much listening to the podcast helps.
