Happy New Year runners! Am starting the programme again after lapsing in the summer. Really enjoyed my first run this morning and managed not to slip on the ice! Onwards and upwards 😊

Well done, it was a chilly one out there this morning. :-)

Thank you. I'd forgotten how good I feel when I've been for a run

Well done for getting back into it.. Slippy underfoot and just about recovered from doing splits. But once gt to canal with decent surface and sun on my face it was great.

Now mince pies gone and can lose a few pounds gained and get back into routine.

Happy new year and happy safe running.
