Virtual parkrun

Here's me and Madge50 after finishing parkrun at Cambridge. It was packed out, nearly 560 runners, and quite muddy! Naughty Madge kept trying to drag me and my shiny new pink shoes through puddles....We got a mention from the run director at the start - Mary and Sarah who are doing a virtual national parkrun for C25K - yay! We managed to stay upright, and finished in style, holding hands at the finish. No prizes for speed, but it was great fun, and I found it quite emotional thinking of all you other runners from this forum all doing your Christmas parkruns at the same time. I'll be doing this again!

Oh wow! Yes, I'm planning on doing next weekend, Madge is tailrunning on Saturday, and there's another on Sunday (New Years Day) Let us know if you'd like to meet up xx
