Today I have a rare day off so I went out in the daylight (horrors!!). There were so many people around even though I still left earlyish at 7.30 rather than around 6. I'd planned a longer route, 6.5k, as I had more time and I managed it in 44 minutes. I'm pretty chuffed with myself to be honest. I only started this in August and never thought I would see it through to this point.
To everyone else out there trying to decide whether to do this running lark I say give it a go, you'll be amazed by what you can do.
Merry Christmas to you all and happy runnings into the New Year

Well done, that's a great distance! Just about my favourite actually. Running in the day light is fab though isn't it? People don't really notice runners, except other runners, and then it's only to check out each others shoes! That's what I do anyway! Xx
Ooh yes, so true! I saw a great lady runner the other week coming towards me, All I could do was check out her fab bright orange shoes and wonder what make they were! π π
