Week 5 run 2

After 5 min came 8 minutes which looked so daunting. The first one went well at a slow pace but then I got ambitious on the second one but had to slow down towards the end. Broke a good sweat this time.

Well done, that's the best way, keep it nice and slow as long as you get to the end you're doing great :)

Brilliant run! A sprint at the end is good and the right way to do it, slow and steady until you get near the end , if you have reserve in the tank at that point step up. the pace, as long as you can finish!😀

No need to break sweat or push hard. Just go carefully! You can be gung-ho when you have many miles under your belt. For now rein it in. You have to finish the programme in one piece☺

Have fun 😊

Well done!

Remember you can always speed up for the last minute - better that way than having to slow down :)

Well done. Slow and steady, then build if you can at the end! :)
