Slight delay and some new shoes...

Hi guys,

I've not managed to post on here for a couple of weeks but I've been reading the boards and staying clued in.

I've been unable, due to family circumstances, to press on with week 7 for the last fortnight but that changes this week.... also complete with new shoes! I repeated week 5 run 3 a few times and week 6 run 3 yesterday and felt like I was ready to progress!

Here goes... it's knocked my graduation back to the new year but it's worth it!

Well done for getting back into it. Shoes look great. I bought some new shoes and think they are having an effect already !

Like others say slow but sure and you'll get there in the end. Nice to have something to look forward to in the new year.

It's great having a challenge doing thing for the first time and the great satisfaction afterwards.

Even me putting photo's of new shoes on a forum ! Even discussing shoes ! Which I've never ever done. As I posted when I bought them I imagine my mates will be saying "Oooh Eeer Joe's gone all weird taking photos of shoes !!"

Hope your mates are more sympathetic !!
