When I whinged about dropping back to intervals after week 5, I was asked to report back after week 6. It was fine - the first two interval days were a bit irritating, but the last run felt very good. I speeded up to something more like running than jogging for the last minute and felt mighty fine (as my Texan husband would say). I listen to In Our Time podcasts when I run, so I also learned a bit about Boethius and the Consolation of Philosophy as I ran. What could be better?
