After posting "so hard" last week I got so many amazing replies. Well I LISTENED! I kept my head up looking ahead, slowed my pace, worked through the heavy legs, pushed through the first mile and a half to reach that runners high and I used an inhaler. Guess what the results were! Yep!, I ran the FULL 5k Turkey Trot Thanskgiving morning!! The whole thing! I got my best PR of 39:01!! I just want to thank you all so much!
