So this morning I completed my graduation run! Woohoo! I clearly recall thinking during a 3 minute run walk interval that this was it, I'd reached my potential and I might just stick with that level for ever; better than nothing, right? But I returned to this forum. Seeing all the posts from people who'd been where I'd been mentally and physically but kept on keeping on convinced me to believe in the process. So I did. You can too. Yay to all you future graduates and thank you to all those who graduated ahead of me who kept me believing with their positive, authentic and motivational posts.
