Another PB - thought I was super slow..

...but did this time from absolutely nowhere!! I'm confused! Even pulling aside for a car at 4k I didn't think I was near this sort of time! A bit shocked that I could do this time,didn't think I was capable of this at this stage a couple of weeks after C25K!

So what happened at that first Parkrun is even more mystifying!

Wow very very very fast. You would be first at my local parkrun. Looks like running really is your thing. Perhaps you should think about joining a running club ?

I'm seeing my GP on Monday afternoon after the issues at Parkrun so waiting until then to move on to 10k training would rather be sure that the chest pain was just a one off thing.

I'm a little confused as you still seem to be running 5k prior to your gp appointment. Do you think this is wise?

I'm not running on steep hills,which is what the local Parkrun has.
