According to Strava, I did the second kilometre of this evening's run in 2 minutes 53 seconds.
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! Of course I did, Strava. I've just been pretending to be a wheezy auld wifie all this time! I look forward to romping home in first place at parkrun from now on.
To be fair, we all have our off days. Why shouldn't Strava? Especially in this cold.

Now this is going to sound really dim, but what should it have said? And are you sure you didn't really run that fast? If 5k is about 30 minutes, 1k is 6 minutes. But some people can run 5k in 12-15 minutes which is about your pace! So there we go, Strava didn't have an off day, you just don't know how fast you can run! πππππ»ππ»ππ»ππΌββοΈππΌββοΈππΌββοΈ Go AnneDroid x
