Left my run a bit late today, we were watching Andy Murray, and went out at 4.15. 'SEMI-DARKNESS'..😯
I was only doing my short 30 minute run, but there are not many street lights on my course... However, I found it surprisingly good..you can't see the path too far ahead, and have to concentrate on where your feet are going, which is sort of relaxing.
Got round easily, even sprinted at the end. I did the same run on Wednesday but found it tougher then.
Just wanted to mention then, to those graduates who are worrying about starting the Bridge to 10k plan because of the walk breaks (I worried too..) that you will still be able to run for 30 minutes continously when you want to, the training won't affect that. It will just give you more options for longer routes and hills etc.
I now mix up c25k, c25k + and B210k. I haven't done a parkrun or a race though.😱
Happy running everyone.
P.s my xmas list now contains a running buff and a head light..
