Well done for committing to C25K. Just work your way slowly and steadily through the programme and you will amaze yourself! You won't regret it.

Come here to share your triumphs, get tips and encouragement and generally enjoy a good laugh.

Cannot tell you about the App you use over there but someone will :) I used a variation of it and it still worked for me :)

As well as the App, I think reading the early posts of Graduates is a huge help. You see where, when you are stillf eeling like a 'newbie' that those exapted ones are just like yourself - same worrys, woes and difficulties. But, you take it slow and steady and trust the programme and yes, one day you too apply for your Badge :)

Best wishes to you - this is a life changing programme, for real. :)

Here is a link and welcome !

This is the greatest forum ever and we all rock, from our newbies to our Graduates :)

The programme is structured and your aim, should be steady and slow as Ullyrunner says;

post your runs too, for support and encouragement :)

The programme is about stamina and not speed or distance... reaching the Graduation podium, having had a great journey and staying injury free :) So.. go for it!

PS

If that is a photo of where you will be running...I am, to say the least, a tad jealous :)

Well done and welcome to the forum.

Good luck with the plan, it really works and you can do it. Just take each session slowly and steadily, have a drink of water afterwards and do a couple of leg stretches after while your muscles are still warm.

Let us know how you get on... 😊

You will need to download the podcasts or app (podcast best imho) to an mp3 or your phone and use headphones to listen to the instructions from the coach.. wear suitable footwear and if you are a lady a sportsbra is a good idea.

Good luck.
