W5R1 completed...I cannot believe I am here !

I just got back from my Week 5 Run 1. If you had asked me at the begining if I can run 5 mins in 3 reps, I would say - NO WAY ! I am surprised by myself now.

It is SO true that it was more of a mental blocker !

I am pretty sure I can beat W5R2... next challenge for me is W5R3.

Thanks

Ram

Well done! I just finished W5R2...it's easier than you think it will be, because the program prepares you for it. Good luck!

You can do it... Well done!

Maybe, think of it as less of a battle and more of a natural progression.

Slow and steady through the programmes and even with the challenges, you can achieve what you want :)

Enjoy the journey.

Well done Ram. Yes, keep a positive attitude... you just ran for 3x5 min . You are beginning to recover more quickly..

Nothing will stop you from succeeding..

:) :)

That is so true. The body recovers real fast. I don't feel tired through the day of the run anymore.

Thank you
