I'm really fed up I managed to get to week 5 day 3 and now I've hurt my ankle I'm worried by the time it's better I will have to start again!

Aww shucks. Try not to worry, you've done really well and built the routine. Life (and injuries) happen and many of us have been through the program multiple times. Depending how long you're out for, you might be able to pick up at a later week.
