Just finished the dreaded W5D3 run, which had me a bit worried.
After reading other posts on this topic and all the supportive comments for those from the community really helped my confidence and made it more possible.
So thanks to everyone who lends a supporting voice, it makes a difference and I for one appreciate you taking the time.
There are more people reading than writing at a guess and I for one appreciate your efforts

No, I got into a nice rhythm and just kept putting one foot in front of the other as you do. The preparation to this point had obviously done the trick and I was fine. It was all in my head. My legs are a bit sore afterwards but I am sure they will calm down and be better next time.
The course has prepared you for that run, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
