Wow you live in an amazing part of the world. ' Meintheuniverse'

I live in Aberdeen Scotland. Big plus for me the city is not huge- 450 000 people.

I live at the western edge and that is 10-15 minutes drive from the centre. Or takes me 1 hour to walk.

There's a park ,and a wooded area , and a designated area of ' specific scientific interest ' ( deer foxes birds etc) .... and a 500 m running track all within a 5 minute walk! Can't understand why it's taken me so long to get out and run😂😂

It sounds really Lovely there, and perfect for running!!! Yes, it's beautiful here, luckily enough for me I have developed a strange pleasure for running up hills!!! (Though I did find a new run yesterday which is pretty much flat. Will be good for my 'easy day.')
