Hi all. I'm a newbie runner (who's getting on a bit) - and today I got Week 5 Run 3 under my belt. I won't pretend I was that fast, or slick - but, I did it! And as my coach Jo Whiley says - that's what's important. TBH, I didn't imagine that getting any emails about the programme would help me that much (I get so many things) - but, hearing from this community has been GREAT. I've read posts from people around my stage, and who are going through (and feeling) exactly what I am - and it's been very valuable. So, thanks, and best wishes... and here's to Week 6 (๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜‚).

Well done you. Onwards and upwards. Go your own pace and repeat as much as you need to. Iโ€™ve just been back to week 5 post COVID and slowly got back to 30 minutes and the plan works. Good luck and always remember every minute running is one less on the couch

Just be aware that going back to intervals in Week 6 can catch some people out. Remember to not go too fast at the start so that you have enough left in the tank for the end.
