I was really having a shocker of a few days and my wonderful friends here encouraged and showed me so much love that I got up this morning and restarted week 5! I can’t say it was easy or that the gremlins have totally gone but you were all like a wee cheer squad on my head keeping me going. I couldn’t wait to get home so I could let you all know!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
A MASSIVE thank you and Happy St Patrick’s Day - Couch to 5K
A MASSIVE thank you and Happy St Patrick’s Day
Well done you 👌 hope Ollie kept you company 😊 Next run you’re half way through... keep going 💪 you know how to do this 💪😊
Fantastic, we all have those times and our virtual running buddies help us through them
Yay, well done!🎉 So glad you gave it a try - and did it!
Well done! Was waiting for this post this morning. We all need encouragement sometimes and a little kick 😂
Aah...I missed this yesterday...well done for beating the gremlins 👹 and getting out there! 🙌🏼👍👏🏽
Well done you 💪🎉 Well done for getting going again too, I haven’t seen your posts in notifications but I see it’s because I unfollowed you 😱😱 not intentionally truly 😬 all sorted . I can be lethal on the iPad but much worse on the phone 😂
Good you’re back on it , I am recovering from a calf strain which has set me back and although I’m getting some runs in it does affect the motivation because you feel you’re going over old ground sort of 🤷🏼♀️
Anyway I’m in no hurry to increase my distance yet ( was on magic plan distance ) and am contenting myself with actually getting out there etc.
Also frustrated that I’m making some of the same mistakes I did on c25k 😂😂 at least I know what they are this time .
The forum is really supportive and informative when things are going well but most importantly when they’re not, often you find there are others in the same boat or have had their own struggles etc. Makes you realise ‘it’s actually not that bad’ 🙂
Best of luck and regards to Ollie 🦮🐶
