So, I awoke to find snow covering the block. Undeterred, I donned the ninja suit, blue mask today - and headed out. A bit slippery underfoot so some of the S&F was toned down today - didn't want fall and have my secret identity uncovered, the little hut was very useful.
Nobody has found my two bricks yet. This is a relief because I don't want to have to keep bringing them from behind Grandad's shed. He also might start nattering and asking why I hadn't brought Dodgers and a flask. Pah, so much for a disguise!
Guess what? We have a second ocarina! Oldfloss has volunteered to to join A Mum in the marching band. We do need a majorette though.
Off for now, think of ways you can offer yourself to the cause, eg, a third ocarina, or would that be asking too much?

I may be wrong, but isn't Madge50 an ocarina player, or has all that blowing gone to my head? Snow bad up in God's Own this morning -my 83year old mum (Ancient AncientMum) not happy!!
Irishprincess brought her harp to the party (I think) but my ancient brain is convinced that there was another ocarina. Maybe I just over did it on the Screen at the time xx
I wish 😏. Aeons ago my teacher suggested I learn to play the cello. Why I have no clue and I wasn't that keen tbh. But then my mum saw me practising (just picture the required pose without the required instrument) and said " it's not very ladylike". 'Nuff said 😂
Not sure a cello would be practical with the marching.
I could definitely manage a tambourine- that's all they would let me play in the band at first school. What I really wanted was the drums or the xylophone....
