Oh dear! Can you try to go a bit faster next time, that should help to warm you up which is needed now it has turned colder. Keep going, & remember this run when/if you have one you struggle with later in the programme. Happy running
Did you have the podcast at the wrong speed? You should be out there for around half an hour total including your warm up/ down..... 23 mins total for week three.

I found it shorter today as well (though apparently not quite as easy as you!!) - when I added it up, the podcast is only 23 minutes this week as it finishes with a 3 minute walk and doesn't have another 5 minutes cool down after that!! (but I did it anyway so I could finish my route!)
Was out for just over 25 minutes, wasn't home by time it finished so walked extra few minutes, think it just when you have been doing 6 or 8 runs 4 seems a bit easy lol maybe am getting fitter x
Make the most... The programme is structured so you get to where you want to be comfortably!
